  • One cup of raw cashews.
  • a glass of water.
  • Two cloves of peeled garlic.
  • Half a tablespoon of lemon juice.
  • Half a cup of diced onions.
  • Two tablespoons of nutritional yeast.
  • A small spoon of salt.
  • A quarter teaspoon of dried rosemary.
  • ¼ teaspoon of black pepper

Prepare method vegan no cashews 

After soaking the vegan alfredo sauce no cashews overnight (or for at least six hours), we drain them and dry them using a cotton cloth, as any shells or damaged or dried parts of the cashew nuts should be removed.

Put the raw cashews in an electric blender or food processor and grind them completely and finely, stirring the bottom of the blender jug until we make sure that there are no unground parts.

Add the garlic, onion, lemon juice and continue mixing until the mixture becomes homogeneous and does not contain any pieces.
