Ingredients :
.5 kg bathua.
4 potatoes.
1 red chilli powder.
5 tomatoes.
*2 medium onions.
.5 teaspoon salt.
.5 teaspoon ajwain.
2 teaspoon ginger.

For rice:

A cup of rice.
A cup of water.
2 teaspoon oil.
.5 teaspoon salt.
.5 teaspoon black pepper.


Cut the leaves of bathua after washing them.

Cut onions, tomatoes, and potatoes into slices.

put oil, slices of tomatoes, and slices of onions into a pan and roast the mix for 5 minutes.

Put bathua, potatoes, and all the spices.

Let them until they cooked well

Cook the rice and serve the cooked bathua with rice and a garden salad to be the main meal.

Bathua raita

300 grams bathua.
300 grams cured.
.5 teaspoon salt.
.5 teaspoon red chili powder.*
A glass of water.


Cut bathua leaves and wash them.
